Admin Guide
Everything you need to run your website, members and bookings — written in plain language, no technical experience needed.
Welcome, Lee. This guide walks you through everything you need to manage your Kisslee91 website yourself — logging in, managing members, editing your pages, and handling all your bookings. Take it one section at a time; you can always come back to this page.
| What | Address |
|---|---|
| Your live website | https://kisslee91.com/ |
| Admin dashboard (where you manage everything) | https://kisslee91.com/wp-admin |
| Programmes page (where clients book) | https://kisslee91.com/programmes/ |
| Client login / “My Bookings” page | https://kisslee91.com/my-bookings/ |
After logging in you land on the Dashboard. The dark menu on the left is how you move around. The items you'll use most:
A User is anyone who can log in to your admin dashboard. This is different from a Customer (someone who booked a session) — see the note at the end of this section.
| Role | What they can do |
|---|---|
| Administrator | Full control — everything. This is your role. Give it only to people you fully trust. |
| Editor | Can edit all pages and content, but cannot change site-wide settings or manage users. |
| Author / Contributor | Limited — can write their own posts only. Rarely needed here. |
Your pages are built with Elementor, a visual, drag-free editor: you click what you want to change and edit it directly. Nothing here requires code.
Go to Media → Library to see every image on your site. Click Add New to upload. Avoid deleting an image that is still used on a page, or it will disappear from that page.
Every page is edited the same way (open with Elementor). Your pages are:
| Page | What it's for |
|---|---|
| Home | Your main landing page. |
| About | Your story and experience. |
| Programmes | Your coaching packages and the booking buttons. |
| Gallery | Your photos. |
| Contact | Contact details and enquiry form. |
The header (logo + menu) and footer appear on every page and are edited as templates:
Amelia is your complete booking system. Find it in the left admin menu under Amelia.
Click Amelia → Dashboard for a quick summary of upcoming and recent bookings and revenue. The sub-items (Appointments, Calendar, Customers, Services, Employees, Notifications, Settings) are where you do the actual work.
Go to Amelia → Calendar to see your bookings laid out by day, week or month — the easiest way to see your schedule at a glance.
Go to Amelia → Services. Here are your three offerings:
| Offering | What it is |
|---|---|
| 1 Hour Call | A single one-off session. |
| 3 Months Coaching | A package of multiple sessions. |
| 6 Months Coaching | A larger package of sessions. |
Connect your Google Calendar so bookings appear there automatically and your personal busy times block out slots:
Go to Amelia → Notifications to edit the automatic emails clients receive (booking confirmation, reminders, etc.). The mail system (SMTP) is already set up, so these emails send automatically — you only need to adjust the wording if you want.
Under Amelia → Settings you can set your time zone, currency, and the booking & cancellation rules (e.g. how far in advance clients must book or cancel). Change these carefully and save.
If anything is unclear or you'd rather I make a change for you, just reach out to Duy Digital — happy to help.
