This Privacy Policy explains how Kisslee91 (“we”, “us”, “our”), the online personal training and coaching service run by Lee at kisslee91.com, collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, book a session or get in touch with us.
1. Who is responsible for your data
Kisslee91 is the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. If you have any questions about this policy or your data, contact us through our contact form or by email at hello@kisslee91.com.
2. What information we collect
When you book a session or programme
- Your first and last name, email address and phone number
- The programme you purchase and the date and time of your booked session
- Your time zone (detected automatically from your browser, so we can show the session in your local time)
- Any notes you choose to add to your booking
- Payment details: payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your full card details are sent directly to Stripe and are never stored on our website. We only receive limited information such as the amount, payment status and the last four digits of your card.
When you use our contact form
- Your name, email address and (optionally) phone number
- The programme you are interested in, your main goal and your message
During coaching
If you become a client, you may share information about your fitness, training history, lifestyle, goals and, where relevant, health or injuries. We only use this to plan and deliver your coaching safely, and you are free to choose what you share.
Automatically
Like most websites, our server records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, for security and to keep the website running properly. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
3. How we use your information
- To manage your booking, take payment and send you confirmation emails
- To contact you about your session, your programme and any changes to it
- To reply to enquiries sent through the contact form
- To deliver personalised coaching
- To keep records we are required to keep for accounting and tax purposes
- To protect the website and our customers against fraud and misuse
We will not send you marketing emails unless you have asked to receive them, and we never sell your personal information.
4. Legal basis
Where data protection laws such as the UK GDPR or EU GDPR apply, we process your information because it is necessary to perform our contract with you (bookings and coaching), to comply with legal obligations (for example accounting records), for our legitimate interests (running and securing our business and replying to enquiries), or with your consent (for example, health information you choose to share). You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We only share your information with trusted service providers that help us run Kisslee91, and only as far as needed:
- Stripe: payment processing
- Mailgun: sending booking and confirmation emails
- Google (Gmail): our email correspondence with you
- Our website hosting provider: storing the website and booking data securely
We may also disclose information if required by law. Some of these providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States; where this happens, they use recognised safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Cookies
This website uses only cookies that are necessary for it to work, for example to keep the booking form working and to allow Stripe to process payments securely and prevent fraud. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but parts of the booking and payment process may then not work.
7. How long we keep your information
- Booking and payment records: up to 6 years, to meet accounting and tax requirements
- Coaching information: for as long as you are a client and up to 2 years afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner
- Contact form enquiries that do not lead to a booking: up to 12 months
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, ask for a copy in a portable format, and withdraw your consent. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 1. We will respond within one month. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office, ico.org.uk).
9. Security
Our website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, payments are handled by Stripe, and access to booking data is restricted. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
10. Children
Our services are intended for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page, with the date it was last updated shown at the top.
