Site Owner Handbook

Everything you need to run your website, members and bookings — written in plain language, no technical experience needed.

Welcome, Lee. This guide walks you through everything you need to manage your Kisslee91 website yourself — logging in, managing members, editing your pages, and handling all your bookings. Take it one section at a time; you can always come back to this page.

1. Getting Started & Logging In

1.1How to log in
  1. Go to https://kisslee91.com/leelogin in your browser.
  2. Enter your username (or email) and password.
  3. Tick Remember Me if you are on your own device, then click Log In.
Tip: Bookmark the https://kisslee91.com/leelogin link so you can reach your dashboard in one click.
Important: For security, the usual WordPress login addresses (/wp-admin and /wp-login.php) are switched off and show a “page not found” error when you are logged out. This is normal — always log in through /leelogin. Keep this address private.
1.2Change your password
  1. In the left menu, go to Users → Profile.
  2. Scroll to Account Management and click Set New Password.
  3. Type a strong password (or keep the suggested one), then click Update Profile at the bottom.
1.3A quick tour of the dashboard

After logging in you land on the Dashboard. The dark menu on the left is how you move around. The items you'll use most:

  • Pages — all your website pages (Home, About, Programmes, Gallery, Contact).
  • Media — your library of uploaded images.
  • Users — people who can log in to the admin.
  • Amelia — your entire booking system (appointments, customers, services, payments).
  • Appearance → Menus — the navigation menu at the top of the site.
1.4Staying secure
  • Never share your password. If someone needs access, create a separate user for them (see Section 2).
  • Use a long, unique password.
  • Always log out when using a shared or public computer.

2. Users & Members

A User is anyone who can log in to your admin dashboard. This is different from a Customer (someone who booked a session) — see the note at the end of this section.

2.1User roles
RoleWhat they can do
AdministratorFull control — everything. This is your role. Give it only to people you fully trust.
EditorCan edit all pages and content, but cannot change site-wide settings or manage users.
Author / ContributorLimited — can write their own posts only. Rarely needed here.
2.2Add a new user
  1. Go to Users → Add New.
  2. Fill in a Username and Email (required).
  3. Choose a Role (usually Editor for a helper).
  4. Leave Send User Notification ticked so they receive their login by email.
  5. Click Add New User.
2.3Edit a user
  1. Go to Users → All Users.
  2. Hover over the person's name and click Edit.
  3. Change their name, email, or role. To reset their password, use Set New Password.
  4. Click Update User.
2.4Delete a user
  1. Go to Users → All Users.
  2. Hover over the name and click Delete.
  3. If asked, choose Attribute all content to yourself, then confirm Confirm Deletion.
Important — two different lists: Users (under the Users menu) are people who can log in to the admin. Your booking clients are stored separately in Amelia → Customers. To manage the people who booked sessions, always go to Amelia (Section 4.4), not Users.

3. Editing Your Site with Elementor

Your pages are built with Elementor, a visual, drag-free editor: you click what you want to change and edit it directly. Nothing here requires code.

3.1Open a page for editing
  1. Go to Pages → All Pages.
  2. Hover the page you want (e.g. Home) and click Edit with Elementor.
  3. Wait a few seconds for the editor to load.
3.2The Elementor screen
  • Left panel — settings and options for whatever you clicked.
  • Right side — a live preview of your page.
  • Bottom-left bar — the green Update button (saves), the eye icon (preview), and the screen icon (mobile/tablet view).
3.3Edit text
  1. Click directly on the text you want to change.
  2. Type your new wording in the box on the left (or edit it right on the page).
  3. Click the green Update button when done.
3.4Replace an image
  1. Click the image you want to swap.
  2. In the left panel, click the current image thumbnail under “Choose Image”.
  3. The Media Library opens. Either pick an existing image, or click Upload files to add a new one from your computer.
  4. Select the image and click Insert Media. Then click Update.
Tip: Use good-quality photos, ideally under 1 MB each, in JPG or PNG. Very large files slow the site down.
3.5The Media Library

Go to Media → Library to see every image on your site. Click Add New to upload. Avoid deleting an image that is still used on a page, or it will disappear from that page.

3.6Edit a button (text & link)
  1. Click the button.
  2. In the left panel under Content, change the Text.
  3. In the Link field, type the destination (a full web address, or a page on your site).
  4. Click Update.
3.7Save, preview & check mobile
  • Always click the green Update button to save.
  • Click the eye icon to preview the real page.
  • Click the screen/mobile icon at the bottom to see how it looks on a phone — always check this, since most visitors are on mobile.
3.8Editing your other pages

Every page is edited the same way (open with Elementor). Your pages are:

PageWhat it's for
HomeYour main landing page.
AboutYour story and experience.
ProgrammesYour coaching packages and the booking buttons.
GalleryYour photos.
ContactContact details and enquiry form.
3.9Editing the navigation menu
  1. Go to Appearance → Menus.
  2. To add a link: tick a page on the left and click Add to Menu.
  3. To reorder: drag items up or down.
  4. To remove: click an item to expand it and click Remove.
  5. Click Save Menu.
Note: The top menu (desktop) and the full-screen mobile menu both use this same menu — edit it once and both update.
3.10Editing the Header & Footer

The header (logo + menu) and footer appear on every page and are edited as templates:

  1. Go to Templates → Theme Builder (or Elementor → My Templates).
  2. Open Kisslee91 Header or Kisslee91 Footer and click Edit.
  3. Change text, links or the logo the same way as any page, then Update.
Careful: The header and footer show on the whole site, so a mistake here is visible everywhere. Change text, links and images only — leave the layout as it is.
3.11What NOT to touch (and how to undo)
  • Stick to editing text, images and links. Avoid moving blocks, changing spacing, widths, or anything under Advanced / custom CSS — these can break the layout.
  • Undo a mistake with Ctrl+Z (Windows) or Cmd+Z (Mac).
  • You can also open the History panel (the clock icon at the bottom) to step back to an earlier version.
  • If something looks wrong, simply don't click Update — leave the editor and your saved page stays as it was.

4. Managing Bookings with Amelia

Amelia is your complete booking system. Find it in the left admin menu under Amelia.

4.1Overview

Click Amelia → Dashboard for a quick summary of upcoming and recent bookings and revenue. The sub-items (Appointments, Calendar, Customers, Services, Employees, Notifications, Settings) are where you do the actual work.

4.2Appointments — view & manage bookings
  1. Go to Amelia → Appointments to see the full list.
  2. Use the filters at the top to search by date, service, or status.
  3. Click any booking to open it. From there you can:
    • Change its status — Approved, Pending, Cancelled, Rejected, or No-show.
    • Reschedule — change the date or time.
    • Edit the customer or notes.
  4. To add a booking yourself (e.g. a phone enquiry), click + New Appointment, pick the customer, service, date and time, and Save.
4.3Calendar view

Go to Amelia → Calendar to see your bookings laid out by day, week or month — the easiest way to see your schedule at a glance.

4.4Customers
  1. Go to Amelia → Customers.
  2. Click a customer to see their details and booking history.
  3. Use + New Customer to add one, the pencil to edit, or the bin to delete.
4.5Services & Packages (change prices)

Go to Amelia → Services. Here are your three offerings:

OfferingWhat it is
1 Hour CallA single one-off session.
3 Months CoachingA package of multiple sessions.
6 Months CoachingA larger package of sessions.
  1. Click a service (or open Packages for the coaching bundles).
  2. Edit the name, price, duration, or description.
  3. Click Save. The website updates automatically.
4.6Your working hours & days off
  1. Go to Amelia → Employees and open your profile.
  2. Under Work hours, set the times you are available each day.
  3. Use Days off for holidays and Special days for one-off changes.
  4. Click Save. Clients can only book within these hours.
4.7Google Calendar sync

Connect your Google Calendar so bookings appear there automatically and your personal busy times block out slots:

  1. Go to Amelia → Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar.
  2. Follow the Connect steps and sign in with your Google account.
4.8Stripe payments
  1. Go to Amelia → Settings → Payments → Stripe.
  2. Paste your Stripe API keys (from your Stripe account) and turn Stripe on.
  3. Use test keys to trial it, then switch to live keys to take real payments.
Note: Once you create your Stripe account and send the keys, this can be connected for you. You can always view payments inside your Stripe dashboard.
4.9Email notifications

Go to Amelia → Notifications to edit the automatic emails clients receive (booking confirmation, reminders, etc.). The mail system (SMTP) is already set up, so these emails send automatically — you only need to adjust the wording if you want.

4.10General settings

Under Amelia → Settings you can set your time zone, currency, and the booking & cancellation rules (e.g. how far in advance clients must book or cancel). Change these carefully and save.
